This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.

All you need:
- Seasonings for grilled vegetables (included)
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 4 peppers, seeded and halved
- 2 zucchini, sliced lengthwise ½ inch thick
- 2 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 red onion, cut in half
Note: For fewer servings, cut all servings in half and reserve half of the seasonings for a second use.
All we do:
In a large bowl, mix seasonings with olive oil, setting aside 30 ml (2 tbsp) of the mixture. Add chopped vegetables to the bowl and mix well. Place vegetables on a grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired tenderness. Before serving, toss with remaining marinade.
NOTE: Mushrooms absorb more seasoning, which can result in a saltier taste.
