Seasoning for crispy mashed potatoes
Wonderfully smooth and crispy, they will be even more special with our seasoning, a delicious blend of dehydrated vegetables and spices. Be careful not to crush them cleanly and neatly, the less perfect the better! The hollows and bumps give all its crunch to this dish.
Makes 10 servings. 20 g (0.7 oz)
This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients :
Dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, red pepper, carrot, tomato, leek, chives), Salt, Sugar, Vinegar powder (maltodextrin, distilled white vinegar, modified food starch), Spices, Citric acid, Olive oil, Smoke flavor, Organic rice hulls.

- 1.8 kg (4 lbs) small red or yellow potatoes, washed
- 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
*To reduce the number of servings, divide all servings in half. Save the remaining seasoning for additional meals or use it to make a delicious aioli
All we do:
Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain potatoes and let cool for 5 minutes. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and use a potato masher or fork to gently mash each potato. Drizzle with olive oil and top with a generous amount of Crispy Mashed Potato Seasoning. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
