




Greek Chicken Seasoning
This one speaks for itself, oven roasted, always so simple, lots of garlic and oregano. Excellent served with our tzatziki dip.
Makes 4-6 servings 28 g (1 oz)
This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients :
salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, hydrolyzed soy protein.

All you need:
- Greek Chicken Seasonings
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 4-6 chicken breasts (whole, cubed or on skewers), or 8-10 chicken thighs
All we do:
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken in a freezer bag or dish and pour marinade over. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill on medium heat for 25-30 minutes, on the stovetop on medium heat for 18-22 minutes, or bake in the oven at 400°F on a baking sheet for 22-28 minutes.
Vegan/Vegetarian Version:
Protein Alternative: Tofu, tempeh, seitan, plant-based chicken.
Alternative to dairy products: vegan yogurt
Alternatives to using Greek seasoning:
Greek potato, Greek vinaigrette, souvlaki skewers
