


Indian Butter Chicken Seasoning
A favorite of all, made with a distinct blend of Indian spices called Garam Masala.
Makes 6 servings 20 g (0.7 oz)
This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients :
spices (turmeric), dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, jalapeno pepper), salt, spice extract (paprika), citric acid.

All you need:
- Butter chicken seasonings
- 1 chopped onion
- 398 ml (15 oz) can of tomato sauce
- 2 cups (500ml) cooking cream
- 1 cup of butter
- 4-6 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) tomato paste
All we do:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion slowly until caramelized. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the remaining butter, tomato sauce, cream, tomato paste and half (10g / 1 tbsp) of the seasonings to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the caramelized onions. While the sauce simmers, place the chicken cubes in a bowl and coat with the olive oil and the remaining seasonings (10g / 1 tbsp). Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Once cooked, pour the chicken into the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
Suggestion: Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
