


Shawarma seasoning
We make preparing this incredibly tasty Middle Eastern dish at home a breeze. Our spice blend simplifies the process of preparing and marinating an assortment of meats. This blend contains cinnamon and turmeric, among other spices.

This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients :
Spices (paprika, turmeric), Sea salt, Dehydrated garlic.

All you need:
- Chicken shawarma seasonings (included)
- 8 chicken breasts, cut in half
- 125 ml (½ cup) of yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
*Pita bread, hummus, garlic sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion (to your taste)
All we do:
In a large bowl, combine shawarma seasoning, yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 450˚F (230˚C). Place chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until cooked through. To serve in pita, place sliced chicken on a warm pita, top with hummus, garlic sauce (our roasted garlic dip works great), lettuce, tomato and onion to taste and enjoy!
