Michel and Cathy own a snack bar, La Patate à Michou, so potatoes no longer hold any secrets for Michel 🙂 Étienne is the brains who always thinks how to optimize our processes and Jessica takes care of going to meet customers and finding new ideas, like this crispy encounter! They wanted to honor their region, hence the name, Les Écorces du Diable, since they are located at Lac-des-Écorces as well as the Devil's Mountain.
