French Onion Dip
A new dip that will become a classic, the taste is incredible. Serve with a glass of Chardonnay. Baked French Onion Dip is the crowd-pleasing version of the classic soup.
This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients:
dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, chives, leek), spices.

Baked French Onion Dip
All you need:
- French Onion Dip Mix
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) concentrated beef broth
- 125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) grated Gruyère cheese (or other Swiss cheese)
All we do:
In a bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients. Add the beef broth. Refrigerate and let stand for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer prepared dip to a heatproof dish, top with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden on top. Serve with slices of French bread or pita chips.
FOR A VEGAN OPTION
Replace mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and shredded cheese with vegan alternatives. Replace beef broth with vegetable broth and soy sauce.
