


Southwest Ranch Dip
The spicy version of a classic, creamy cold dip. Try as a topping with shrimp or homemade fish tacos!
Makes 2 cups 36 g (1.3 oz)
This product should be stored in a cool (<21 C or 70 F), dry (<60% RH) area to provide maximum shelf life without loss of taste or functional characteristics.
Ingredients:
modified milk ingredients, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic), spices (paprika), sea salt.

All you need:
- Southwest Ranch Dip Mix (included)
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream or yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) of real mayonnaise
All we do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. The dip is even better prepared a few hours in advance.
For a lower fat option, substitute low fat options for sour cream, yogurt and mayonnaise.
